Objective

This campaign aims to promote Sunshine City Plaza and Sylvanian Families with an O2O strategy.

Concept

This summer, Sylvanian Families celebrate their 30th anniversary in Sunshine City Plaza. In order to have a better engagement with online fans as well as offline visitors, an O2O campaign is created.

Execution

An online campaign site is developed and launched before the event. Visitors can register their information and get a unique QR code before going to Sunshine City Plaza. Once they reach the plaza, they can go to the digital installation and activate the machine with their unique QR code.

The digital installation contains a “Spot the Difference” game. The game consists of 3 stages. After participants have finished all of them, a gift card will be given to them. Participants can use the gift card to redeem an ice-cream.
