Objective

This campaign aims to promote Fresh’s Rose Collection products and helps strengthen Fresh’s brand image and improve customers’ perception. Therefore, a comprehensive O2O engagement is created in order to attract target audience.

Concept

Rose petals are distilled to extract the rose oil and rosewater. Rosewater helps to soothe and tone, while rose flower oil helps to nourish. Using Fresh Rose products is like infusing skins with real rose petals. Fresh want to share this lovely experience to every fan. Hence, the Fresh truck is built.

Execution

The Fresh truck contains two main devices, a vending machine and a photo booth. The vending machine provides visitors with a virtual experience of creating a Fresh Rose Gift for themselves. The mechanism of the vending machine is simple yet remarkable. Visitors can easily share the event on social media and obtain a gift.

On the other hand, the photo booth also adopts a straightforward mechanism. Visitors can take instant photos and obtain a copy right away. Moreover, there is a QR code on the photo. When people scan on that code, they will be directed to a mini-site so that they can share it easily on social media.
