Pixo Punch helped Lan Kwai Fong to create a website which presents the Lan Kwai Fong community in a more immersive way. Now, activities in Lan Kwai Fong and its stories can be connected more tightly.
Before this revamp, there are 3 separate websites about Lan Kwain Fong, namely Lan Kwai Fong Association, Lan Kwai Fong Group and Lan Kwai Fong Entertainment. Some features are similar across the 3 websites and it is difficult for the public to differentiate all of them. At the meantime, current customers, potential customers and business partners were expecting a new platform from Lan Kwai Fong to display all activities in a neat and systematic way.
SOLOMO (Social, Local, Mobile) was the major methodology applied to this digital revamp. The key factors which contributed to the success of this project include integrating social media elements to the website, strengthening the association between what happened in Lan Kwai Fong and the content of the website, maximizing mobile-friendliness and creating an easy and clear website navigation to cater different types of visitors.
Pixo Punch was appointed to carry out a comprehensive revamp on the website of Lan Kwai Fong in order to uplift their brand image. A luxurious but succinct style was expected to be presented at the website to attract potential visitors. A user journey was developed since the very first day and we designed all important features based on UX research findings, previous web data analyses, web design trends.
Within 3 months, the number of visits reached 34,000 and the returning rate was 70% in average. 4 new features were timely delivered and became the most important elements of this digital revamp:
